So how does a 3-3 USC without a coach go into a game against #3 Utah as a 6-7 point favorite and win by a bunch? There has to have been some serious money involved in this one....someone is going to wind up in a hole in the desert for being so obvious with the fix......right? Surely no one is that math savvy to see this one coming, right?

It really is astonishing how often they get it right......even when it looks crazy as hell to the average fan.

And yet, some here suggested Kyle Whittingham as a replacement for CMR. Y'know, he coaches up lesser talent and doesn't shite the proverbial bed in big games....oh wait....scratch that.

Utah was a freakin fraud and the talent levels are no where close to each other.Sometimes recruiting rankings actually matter.

Hell I am a UGA fan...what do I know from college football????
I know enough about to know that they usually get it right in Vegas no matter how strange it looks on paper....that was my point.....has nothing tall to do with knowledge of the game. I also know that if you bet against an undefeated and # 3 team in favor of a 3-3 team with the issues that USC has had this year very often you ain't gonna win often.
# 3 undefeated teams at this stage of the season don't lose very often to teams that are 3-3 and has fired their coach mid-season

Utah is a good team with decent talent. USC was an underachieving team with amazing talent. They stopped underachieving.
