You keep bouncing up and down on LFs pole this hard and you might break it in half. Can it with the rant affirmation posts. You are just serving to be the guy they reference when they say " see, even your own fans say he is better." Chicken does not give out 'kiss arse' prizes for polishing the knobs of the most arrogant fan base on the board.

Frick LF. LF is a flash in the pan, media darling....Chubb is a gotdamn blue collar lunch pail toting work horse.

I love Nick. Probably my favorite player in football (college or pro) right now, and he's as humble as they come.
I'm often wrong with what I believe as well. I thought Jeremy Johnson was gonna be good, and I thought Tennessee was gonna be 4-0. Just because I believe it, it doesn't mean I'm right (I think y'all will all agree with that )
LF very well could be a flash and the pan, and he could start to struggle just like he he did last year with Arkansas and Bama where he was atrocious. I hope Chubb runs away with the Heisman, and I think Chubb is pretty clearly the most consistent back in all of college football. Just right now, I think Fournette is better.

If I were LF I'd leave college right now. sit out the required time and enter the NFL Draft when eligible.

Dawgsonbottom and browndawg would fit those 2 LF jock sniffers better.

Here's the thing that kills me, both of these guys are averaging 8.6 yards per touch (includes rushing and receiving). And, Fournette is averaging 4.11 yards after contact per play, and Chubb is averaging 4.09 yards after contact per play.
The only real difference between them is Fournette averages 24 touches a game and Chubb averages 18, and Chubb gets a higher percentage of his touches via receptions than Fournette does.
In other words, if you put Chubb at LSU where he's getting 24 touches, they'd have virtually the same numbers. And arguably, because Chubb is the better receiver which helps open up the passing game more, he might even have better stats at LSU than Fournette does.

Miles is going to ride LF into the ground.

He may struggle with Eastern Michigan this week and it will set him back in my view.
Eastern Michigan is last in rushing defense in FBS giving up like 370 yards a game on the ground

I look forward to the new and exciting LF threads after Saturday

No doubt LF breaks 1000 in the next 2 weeks.

Agree. I could see 180 in the first half against E Mich and around 200 total against USC.
And I don't start or really comment in these threads, but some are selling LF a bit short.
His last 5 games have been 140+ yards each. All against power 5 teams.
I straight said Chubb was better on this board before the season started. I'm not sure how any can say LF hasn't been better this year.
Dude is averaging like 219 yards per game. The next closest is 40 yards away. And none of it has been against a scrub team.
Like I said, let it play out and just enjoy watching both

This is all correct. That said, this just reminds me of all the LSU fans who claimed Chubb was ahead of LF because he was getting more carries and stupid Les did RB by committee
Guess the tables have turned

Yeah I definitely remember that talking point. Also, that Richt runs his RBs into the ground

He's averaging 8.6 yards per touch.
Chubb is also averaging 8.6 yards per touch.
Can you not do the math and figure why he's got more yards than Chubb?
You're being a cliche for why the LF hype is so strong.

Don't make wild thangs head explode from a logic overload.
