The other one someone mentioned - the David Pollak strip/interception TD. That game really set the stage for the season.

2009. Walking through north campus on the way to the stadium you could tell it was gonna be lit. I sat in the nosebleeds with all the Carolina fans, wild back and forth.
That gameday experience sealed my decision to come to UGA

Honorable mention to 2008 when they fumbled into the enzone and Rennie Curan recovered to help preserve a 1 score win

That game was also the only time I've ever seen an amazing punt be the difference maker in the ball game. Brian fricking Mimbs

That was 2002. They called a lightning delay and we all got to leave the stadium and tailgate for another hour.

2nd favorite was 1986. The year James Jackson put the ball down on the field to end the game. Technically it was a fumble and SC ran it back to win the game. For some reason the refs blew the whistle.

Back then, a fumble couldn't be advanced if it occurred behind the LOS for some reason. It was blown dead immediately upon recovery. Since the clock had run out, the game was over.

About 20 years later, I met James Jackson; had a co-worker who was his cousin. The co-worker was a big FSU guy, but he knew I am a big UGA fan, so he introduced us. The first thing I did was ask him about that play. Jackson claimed that he knew the ball couldn't be advanced. I think he was bullshitting me, but I laughed and went along with him.

I'm pretty sure your inclination was correct.

Easy. 2015. 52-20 UGA. What was sooooo sweet about it? It was Spurriers last game against us and we left him beaten, embarrassed, and demoralized.

Been to every game in columbia going back to 2000 with the exception of 2012 (stupid work). I'd rank the ones I've attended in tiers

Great/awesome
2004 - Big atmosphere that day with high expectations for both sides. They jumped on us 16-0 and we looked awful but slowly fought back to win 20-16. This was one of the games we saw the Greene hidden ball/back to the defense play that went for a TD to reggie

2006- Certainly not a big stat game and the final score may seem boring but it had high drama. This was game 2 and JT3 started as expected but hurt an ankle very early on, maybe even 1st or 2nd drive. So we basically got what we knew would eventaully happen and Stafford was inserted for the rest of the game. He looked like trash but the defense was great. Ended up shutting them out. I think it was a night game?

Ok
2002 - Obviously the pollack play happened but other than that it was a snoozer. We started out with a long pass to Gibson and it looked like we'd roll but settled for a FG, then the weather delay put a damper on everything. Overall just kinda boring, although we had to recover a fumble at the end on our goal line to seal it

2016- Fairly interesting due to it being on Sunday and Kirby's first SC game. We didn't pass for shite but controlled the ground and defense played really well. Again, fairly boring and low scoring. Wasn't really a hole lot of drama until about the final 5 minutes when SC pulled to within a TD then we retuned the onside for a TD

Crappy
2008- Sure we got the win but we had no business not blowing them out. We only scored 1 TD and had to get a few turnovers late to seal it for an ugly 14-7 win.

2010 - First game of AJ's 4 game suspension and Murray as a freshman did not bode well for the offense. Lattimore gashed us and we never really looked like we threatened all that much.

2014 - Good atmosphere and probably a great game to an impartial obvserver. Just stunk taht we had so many chances to win and kept blowing them.

2000 - my first ever away game that had essentially nothing to cheer abotu. I think we drove the length of the field on our first drive and went up 7-0 and that was the only positive aspect of the day.
