It was reported that David Hooks' toxicology report indicated that he had meth in his blood.
Pictures of Mr. Hooks show a husky and healthy man who looks nothing like a meth user. When the raid started around 10:30PM Mr. Hooks was sound asleep and in bed. A 44 hour search of the house found no drugs and no drug paraphernalia. After the Hooks home was burglarized, Mr. Hooks called the police out to his home to report the burglary.
There is so much about this story that doesn't make sense. I'm starting to think that there is much more to this case than simply a botched drug raid and cover up.

What medications (if any) could give a false positive? If he was a user , where is the paraphernalia?

I've heard that cold medications like sudafed could give a false positive. I know that in pro tennis there is a big list of banned drugs that are outlawed simply because they give false positives for other substances that are performance enhancing.
There is no way I'll ever believe that Hooks was either a meth user or dealer.

True, but it's also less fun, less of an opportunity to play "spec ops operator" with all of the tacticool gear, and less of a chance to show the mundanes who has the power of life and death over them.

Feature, not a bug. Fun, get to play "operator," get to dominate a mundane and maybe kill a couple and their dogs.

Yeah, what was I thinking? The sorry Lynch bitch hates medical marijuana and loves the so-called "War Against Drugs".
Lynch, like Obama, is happy to continue the racist drug war against her own people and she will never care about the murder of David Hooks.
