This fricking program. We're never going to win a single big game. We ARE the Coyote, and Mark Fox is our Acme.

The fact that we are in this situation on the road is still amazing. We shouldn't be within 20 points of them. They are better than us in every phase of the game.

Putting this one on Fox is absurd. There probably isn't anyone in CBB that could stop Monk tonight.

Certainly had a shot to win this and couldn't close late. This one isn't on Fox though. These guys were ready to go tonight.

Yeah I harbor disdain for Fox but the team played hard tonight.

People are mad and want to blame someone but thing is, there isn't really much to be mad at. We were huge underdogs, played hard and smart the entire game and ran up against a basketball god in Malik Monk.

No problems with the game or gameplan tonight. If I were KY I'd be worried as to why Calipari ever went back to man.

This old bullshite again. Why should that dictate our expectation of the program's future or present? Do we ever intend to win one? Just one?

Y'all are right. I'm thrilled. Actually, give the man a million a year raise and a 15-year extension.

When Harris and Tyree mature and if Rayshaun Hammonds is as good as they say we will be good. The kinda good the fox haters are wanting.

I am sure you and dd22 are glad fox saves his job so we can continue being average with no hope of being a single digit dance seed

Dude I am with you. I think Fox should be fired immediately but not because of anything that happened tonight.

No one is saying that. It's just not the time to try and put the blame on Fox. He coached a decent game, and we just got outplayed by the best player in college basketball when he catches fire.

I don't think Fox saved his job but he didn't do anything to hurt himself tonight. Team played well.

While I don't believe in moral victories, taking Kentucky to OT in Rupp ain't bad. Kids played tough...Fox coached fine. Hard to hang with a team that has twice as much talent as you...especially in OT. This is coming from someone who has disliked Fox for a while.

"This one is going to sting for a while for Georgia"

No Jay, this is what we want out of our basketball program. Half our fanbase is partying in the streets like they did after the Florida and A&M games.

im not participating in your strawman argument.

I never said anything about the future.

Your post implied that Fox has suddenly put the kibosh on UGA BB

Yeah...that's exactly what's happening. Not like everyone on here is bummed about the game or anything.

I agree, kids fought hard. But once again we come out and play well enough to win on the road (TAMU, Florida, UK) and can't close. Just hate the shots we end up with end of clock. Love JJ to death but man he has struggled late in games this year.

When Tyree and Harris mature and Rayshaun Hammonds gets here (he is better than both of them) plus Maten returning and Ogbeide getting better we will be a consistent tournament team.

We have taken two top 25 teams to OT on the road. Sure let's fire the HC.
