#UGA defensive coordinator Jeremy Pruitt is basically pleased with one player so far in his secondary this preseason: CB Damian Swann.

Pruitt said that he expected LB Ramik Wilson and CB Shattle Fenteng to be fine. Didn't think Fenteng's injury would impact Clemson game.

The fact that they don't have full pads on may also skew your observations.

What does pads have to do with them looking healthier and actually seeing muscle tone?

Look at their arms, legs, and lack of stomach TriBra!

This is good news. Maybe he was playing with minor injuries early last year. He started off the year bad and improved all season. With him back if we can get 3 others to step up we should be good.

Any news on Sheldon Dawson?

I think Swann also got the shaft a lot last year. Obviously the Watkins play was on him, but I think that cemented an image in everyone's mind that he was awful all of a sudden when it didn't help that he lacked anything close to a reliable position coach to get him better or a supporting cast to rely on in the defensive backfield. Just a shite situation to be in.

Word is Swann couldn't handle his spot as well cause he was always trying to get the "3 Amigo's" SW, TM & JHC lined up right, making sure they knew the play call & trying to be in 2 places at one time trying to cover for these slack dumbasses...

Read that too. This year will be an improvement if the system is simpler and he can focus on his own position.

However I think I remember him getting burned a couple of times straight up. Sooo we'll see.

Just looking for another UGA article to read so I wondered where you saw that. Did you actually attend practice? If so, tell us more.

My buddy at the last practice said it was less Sony and that Park was fricking up about every hand off. Also said Park still looked sloppy as hell. Also heard that Michel looks like he's every bit as big as Chubb and that he is faster than Chubb.

I mean, take that FWIW.
