I believe that was sarcasm. Specifically directed at the posts from a few days ago regarding needing "additional funds" before renovations to Foley would start. Cheap is still an accurate statement IMO as this is the exception rather than the rule. I'm okay with it though so long as we make the smart decisions when the value outweighs the cost. Time to put together a good business plan that monetarily justifies the upgrades to Foley and get to work.
