Maybe this year we can relive the experience of losing by double digits to Florida's future HC in the second round at Stegeman.

the nit would be a good result for this team after losing its 2 starting bigs. georgia is not a perennial tournament program right now and that is ok as long as we make the nit. baby steps. and we aren't outta the dance just yet.

Have they started doing projections or probabilities on the chances of 'X' Team making the big dance?

I haven't seen any. At this point I'd put us below 50% chance of making it, but not a complete long shot.

We're 10-6 with 13 regular season games left. 8-5 down the stretch with one win in the SEC tourney would get us in IMO.

I believe we have the same exact record at this juncture than we had last year. Need to go on a run.

But last year we also had much better non-con wins (as well as a few road wins) and the conference as a whole was a lot weaker.

We've got a tough road to hoe if we want to make it back to the dance.

What's maddening is to think about the Chattanooga and Ole Miss games that we had in hand but let slip away.

If those two were wins our RPI is probably high 40s right now.

Yeah I mean we're like a combined 60 seconds away from being 13-3, 4-2. Crazy.

If DO was healthy from the start it's not a stretch at all to say we'd beat chatt and ksu.

Possibly. But our biggest problem seems to be how the team leaders just seem to go cold for long stretches and there's nobody around to pick up the slack. When we're on, we're on. But every game we are guaranteed to have that one 3-5 minute stretch where we can't score a FG and the other team can't miss. That shite has to stop.
