Touche!

Born, raised and grew up in the Atlanta area, graduated with my MMR from TCoB and have a place in the mountains (Big Canoe, Ga). Sold our house in Kennesaw and have been building our dream home on Lanier (Rant party will happen). Currently in Johns Creek/Mountains until the new place is complete.

Secret... Between myself and everyone here. Grew up a GT fan because my parents pushed the envelope, but my heart began to turn when I saw the light as a kid.

Dawg until I die!! Hope to bring many little Dawgs into this world to carry the torch!!

GATA!!

Not getting into my life story.

I'm ugastudent2013 from the DR. Made the account after the Okie St loss my freshman year to pump some Disney into the boards. You frickers made me hate Richt in a couple of months.

Been a fan a whole life as my dad along with about every college educated member of my extended family went to UGA. I'm a senior there now.

Yeah.

Graduating with a biology degree in May.

Been a Dawg fan since I came outta the womb. I had Uncle that used to run the Aquatic duties at UGA. His name was Frank Bramblett, WW2 Vet,and hell of a great man. We lost him several years ago. I still have family in Athens. My Older Brother Graduated in 1984, but I didn't pursue the college route myself, but my passion for Georgia Football runs as deep as possible. Also have a neighbor that was All-SEC think he graduated in '66. His name is Larry Kohn. So it's in my blood, and I frickin HATE when we lose, I bitch whine and cuss profusely for a week.

I'm Ron. I only lurked on DR. I was posting here prior to the DR migration.

I grew up a UGA fan. We spent many a Saturday night tuning in to games on the radio when I grew up, then the 2000s hit and we started watching, basically, every game.

I had three chances to go to UGA, just never panned out right. I needed an emergency back surgery my Senior year of highschool, so I wound up not going to Athens and staying close to home and going to Middle Georgia College. Then I had the chance to transfer in, but I got screwed over with some of the classes I had taken, and didn't want to spend another year in school, so I took the easy road and went to Georgia Southwestern.

In 2009, the law school put me on the waitlist until after I had accepted a very, very, very large scholarship at Mercer. I decided to stick with Mercer.

I get to sue people now, so I have that going for me.

Who Am I?

Hata.

How did I become a fan?

Both of my parents graduated from UGA. My mom is a crazy person when it comes to UGA football so my fandom definitely comes from her. We would go to games every so often, maybe one or 2 a year. But my Christmases and birthdays would be nothing but UGA jerseys and such.

Did I attend UGA

Not at first. I thought I was good at baseball so I went to the first JUCO that made me an offer. Realized that was a hell hole pretty quickly and transferred to UGA. Big mistake on my part. Had people telling me I could go juco for 2 years and then play at UGA. Dreams man, dreams.

I was born and raised in Perry, Ga. My first game was in 1972, Georgia-Georgia Tech. I had on football pants, shoulder pads, and a helmet. I was ready if Vince called on me. My dad played baseball for UGA in the late 50's after Korea and some time training troops in Africa. I am BULLDAWG born, BULLDAWG bred, and when I die, I'll be fricking BULLDAWG dead. My dad passed away a few years back and we had the Dawg emblem inside his casket. That's Bulldawg dead. I was a freshman at UGA in 86. I barely graduated with a history degree thanks to Widespread Panic and weed. I pretty much lost interest in school. I just wanted to raise hell. I lived in Aspen for eight years, moved back South for nine, and moved back to CO two years ago. There ain't nothing like Colorado, and now that weed is legal, well, I'm not going anywhere. Did I mention I like to smoke weed?

I'm Squatch. Dad was with DNR so I lived all over GA....but consider the NW Ga mountains home. I'm now in Cola SC in exile but hope to get back eventually. I lurked on the DR for about a yr but never was approved to get on....after the migration I was approved in about 10 min.

I'm a Dawg fan by birth. Dad grew up in Athens and I come from a long line of red dirt farmers in the Lexington Crawford area. I only applied to one college...UGA....and arrived as a freshman at Russell in 89. I ended up having to transfer and eventually graduate from GSU after 4 yrs in Athens. If I hadn't I'm sure I'd still be there.

I have a BBA. I have to be an adult at home and work so I come on here hen I want to be a immature idiot. Seems to be working so far.

My dad worked for the State Dept, so I lived all over the world. He went to UGA and I went to a few games as a kid, but was not a hard core fan as I was not really around it. Ended up going to UGA and graduating. After spending some more time travelling, I went back to UGA for some more schooling... I went to work for my old man's company he started after he retired from DoS. We sold it a few years back and now I hunt and fish and raise kids and work on occasion.

I like recreationl drugs, fencing, a good, coffee driven morning poop, Pylon, shooting does in the head at 500 plus meters with a .308, internet porn, flying, drinking, and anal with ex sorority gals...

4th generation UGA grad here, my son & daughter are 5th gen. grads... Grandad, Dad & myself were/are lifelong season ticket holders, my son & grandson use mine now. I just make the Cocktail Party & usually the Aub. & GT games now.

BSA '79, MSA '81...

Attended my 1st UGA game in '61 as a four year old, 1st game I really remember was the GT game in '64, a 7-0 Dawgs win in Dooley's 1st year...

Dr. Evil: The details of my life are quite inconsequential... very well, where do I begin? My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was a fifteen year old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. My childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When I was insolent I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds- pretty standard really. At the age of twelve I received my first scribe. At the age of fourteen a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles. There really is nothing like a shorn scrotum... it's breathtaking- I highly suggest you try it.

UGA class of 02.
Earliest memories are drunk daddy yelling racial slurs at television muted with Larry on the radio.
I was on dawgrant 2 or 3 years ago, didn't post much, maybe 100 times in 3 years.
My life partner has BS from UGA, was accepted to grad school at UGA yesterday. But, that's just a fallback plan in case the vet school application is rejected... should know in Jan. or Feb. Grades/GRE/experience hours are all middle of the pack for what the vet school publishes as their average for people accepted. It doesn't help that vet school applications are literally double what they were 6 years ago, but admissions has not changed. Hopefully the experience on UGA's breakthrough discovery of generating pig induced pluripotent stem cells capable of forming chimeras will help.
