Technique, Georgia Tech's student newspaper, says that Walmart has inked a deal with Georgia Tech to bring its new "Walmart on Campus" concept to Tech Square.

The 2,500-square foot location, once home to Ribs N Blues, is smaller than the one other "Walmart on Campus" location at the University of Arkansas. The deal has been in the works for nearly a year.

Just trying to keep up with the Jones

.They will sell a lot of grocery items... frozen foods... grab-and-go and beverage items.......an extended convenience store, but with a pharmacy

So, Tech's getting a Circle K?.....with an aisle containing Nyquil and Pepto Bismall?

Damn. That's High Cotton right there........

HA HA. I just got home from a duck hunting trip in Arkansas. And according to my buddy's 16 year old son the town we were in had the worlds smallest Wal Mart. He had never seen a non super center one. You'd think in the home state all the towns would have a big one

Not reading the article but glanced and appears 3 of those are not Tech grads? Lockhart, Eskew, and Strangfeld don't have a Degree/Year in parentheses at least.
