You know....funny thing is...I have never felt good about playing Florida. EVER inrecent memory. For some strange reason i feel decent about this year. I can't imagine why, but I do!

I actually lean that way, but something is saying no...we win. I hope I am not too disappointed. The team is capable. Kirby is capable of getting the prepared....it's just been up and down this year. HUGE spikes and valleys.

My guess is it will be a similar game to last year. Florida will shut down our run game, Eason will make some mistakes passing the ball and the receivers will do very little to help him out. Defense will generally play well but give up some big plays to let the game slip away. Special teams will be horrible once again.

I don't think 2 weeks is enough to fix all of the problems this team has, week in and week out.

I hate it but I think we will lose to Florida and Auburn for the same reason: their defenses will dominate our offense and both will have enough offense to win the game.

Agree about the outcome as we will lose, but it will be a 21-10 type of game.

Florida plays defense. We have looked like shite against any defense with a pulse. We are the third best team in the SEC East and 8th or 9th best in the SEC overall depending on where Auburn is. Everyone in the West with the possible exception of Mississippi State and Auburn would beat us like a rented mule. We lost to Vandy, should have lost to a lousy Mizzoo and came pretty close to losing to Nichols. We will dive into 10 Gator defenders behind the center on almost every 1st and second down and our Special Teams will put our defense in harms way at least 2-3 times. The tailback dive us a new one for me..... I have watched ALOT of football in my life and I have never seen a team so intent on picking up yard and a half on first and second down EVERY damn possession...it truly beats all I ever slept with. Florida will load the box like everyone has and we will dive right into the middle of the line over and over and over again and then act surprised when it is 3 and 8!


Seriously what in the world is that about? That is the way Pee Wee football teams play...run a tailback right in the middle of the field and hope for the best. I know Kirby is a defensive savant but he never played or coached in a game until this season where a team kept running the same play over and over without ever having any success with it at all. You can't blame offensive linemen or bad ankles with Chubb for that play never gaining anything....there is no way to block 10 people falling on top of the center......I know it ain't 10 but it could be because we are so committed to making that play work.....

They have a better D & probably better ST so GA really needs to be on the same page & firing on all cylinders.

After our Vandy game, I wonder which team wants it more. UF can win the East so probably they do. I mean, that thread about GA seniors not really behind Kirby bc they're Richt players makes sense. I just hope they put that shite behind them & come out prepared & playing to destroy the Gators.
