Our players don't like the administration. If we hire Smart, Pruitt stays. If not, Pruitt walks. If we hire Herman, we have a complete overhaul. If we wait, Pruitt walks, recruits walk. What a great place to be in...
We disrespected Richt, if you don't think what he has done on the field is impressive then you are an idiot. Unquestionably. He should have walked on his own terms and our team lost its best player, new OC, QB, and young defense and we were still 9-3.
McGarity sucks, fire him. Hire Richt. Today sucked.

Completely agree McGarity should be fired , today!
Worst AD in the nation. Outside of the 2 division titles in football, our athletic department has had Zero success in conference or nationally , except for the S&D teams that were investigated by NCAA, and the equestrian team. I do believe the softball team won a SEC title; but that's it.

You fricks are so short-sighted. Can't you see what's happening??? Georgia Regents University changes its name to Augusta University. The GRU Athens co-op is being severely hampered by the Augusta school. All the big money guys are members of a certain famous Augusta country Club. Golf and Tennis are our title-contenders.

Nothing is a guarantee and nothing is a cut and dry as you think. It hasn't even been 24 hrs yet, let it play out a little bit.

Sorry forgot about the SEC men's tennis championships, however UGA used to be a power in the NCAAs , no title in GM reign.
He's been here 5 years, consistently puts less money back into the programs. Why are we just now getting an IPF, should have been first thing done. He is over his head.

No, McGarity is trying to take our football program to the next level no doubt due to pressure from major boosters. Richt is the best football HC we have ever had but he has reached his maximum potential. He simply doesn't have the drive/determination needed to take us further.
Also, IMO, we have a better chance of retaining Pruitt if Herman is hired since Pruitt might well fill the DC void at Bama if we hire Smart.
