Yes, we should claim 46, we were far and away the best team in the nation that year. We would have beat the shite out of Army or ND that year.
I do claim '46, whether the school does or not. We were the best team and the rightful champions. Discrimination and racism toward southern whites is the only reason we didn't get it.
