Doubt it. We have LA and SF coming up.

SF team motto this season should be "thank god for the Browns"

Doesn't matter. This team could just as easily lose to the Browns at home as they could beat the Cowboys on the road.

The opponent doesn't matter for this team, it's what version of this team shows up.

Very true, the Saints are losing and the Bucs are out in San Diego. We need the Chargers to take care of business, lets hope Jake Matthews knee injury is not serious.

Dan Quinn did a great Mike Smith impersonation today.

Passing up the FG and going for it was mind blowing and I think I scared the people at the bar when we came out on offense for that one. Those 3 points ended up being HUGE

Going for it isn't why we lost. We have the best offense in the league and where it's fourth and one we are going to go for it, as we should.

We lost because Matt Ryan continues to throw terrible interceptions at the worst times. Both times the receivers were covered and the ball was forced into double coverage. This is all on Ryan. 100%.

Is it the sole reason we lost? No.

But should we have taken the points there? Absolutely.

Smith was acting like we'd never get the ball back.

Lol, you just tuning in for the first time this season, or have you just been waiting to take a shot at Ryan?

He's been the ONLY reason we're still in position to make the playoffs. This team around him (minus the recievers) is awful.

Well he threw a bad pass behind Julio that cost us the Chargers game and he threw two picks today that cost us the game. Not to mention the interception he threw against the Seahawks. Other than that he's had a great year. Ryan is notorious for throwing picks at in opportune time. But maybe you just tuned in this season....

The one that hit Julio in the hands? yup that proves he's a shitty QB.

I sense cynical smart-arsery here, but yeah, he has. He's actually been great.

Replace Ryan with any but maybe three other QBs in the league and we're a 4-7 team this year.

Dude, he lost the game for us today. It's pretty simple. He's had a great year, but two games he has thrown bad interceptions that cost us the game. Just like he did all last year. I'm not saying he's a bad QB. Just that he had a bad game and it's 100% his fault we lost.

You should also work on your reading comprehension, I never once said he was a shitty QB or anything remotely close to that.

Bar,

The loss is not 100 percent on Ryan. It is also on Coach Q. He was out coached. Should have kicked the field goal after the last TD.

I guess we will agree to disagree. Hind sight is always 20/20 but I have no problem going for it on fourth and one where we were on the field. We were moving the ball on their defense, seemingly at will, all day long.

I do have a problem with Matt Ryan trying to force balls into double coverage at the end of the half and on the two point conversion. Ryan probably could have had two more picks yesterday from doing the same thing. I remember one right before the TD that was dropped.

Ryan had a terrible game. It happens. We will move on and hopefully win out.

Ryan made some poor decisions that ultimately cost us the game because of where they came in the game.

That said, Quinn got absolutely schooled by Andy Reid today. This is one of those games that I hope he learns from. Not being ready for some kind of fake in that situation is mind boggling, especially after calling a timeout.

You know, I kind of have an issue with that fake. How should that be legal when the two guys defending the play aren't allowed to touch the snapper?

All that said, we can learn from this hopefully. We did everything possible to lose that game and still only lost by one to a very good team. It wouldn't be Falcons football without some drama at the end.
