Payouts and Bonuses

It got me thinking with Jimbo getting $75m to not coach A&M and seeing some of the other buyouts that coaches could potentially receive if they were let go. Dabo=$60m+, Kirby $90m+. What are some of the bigger bonuses/incentive bonuses are they getting. And the real question with GA's success for so long what bonus has Kirby not gotten yet? Make me wonder if there is something huge $ wise if he goes undefeated this year and brings it home again! I hope he does and deserves every penny!

Usually the bonuses kick in per each achievement
An SEC title bonus, making the CFP bonus, a CFP Semi-Final win bonus, and CFP National title participant bonus, and a National Champion bonus.
Going purely off memory, but these bonuses usually fall in the 100K to 1 million territory, going higher with each achievement.
Edit: Found his details

The updated contract runs through the end of the 2031 season, with his previous contract set to expire at the end of the 2024 season.
Smart gets a $100,000 bonus for appearing in each SEC championship game and a $300,000 bonus for winning the SEC championship. Smart has won the SEC East four times in his tenure and the SEC once, back in 2017. Smart also receives a $500,000 bonus for making the College Football Playoff. Should Georgia win another national championship, Smart would get a $1 million bonus.
Smart also gets 50 hours per year of private jet usage, with the ability to carry over 10 unused hours per year.
As for the buyout, Smart would be owed 100 percent of the remaining deal if he were to be fired before the end of the 2026 season. From the start of the 2027 season on, Smart will be paid 85 percent of the remaining contract until its conclusion.
In the event that Smart were to resign or self-terminate a deal he would owe the school $5 million if it were to happen between the 2022 and 2025 seasons. The number decreases over the course of the contract, dropping to $4 million for the 2026 and 2027 seasons, $3 million for the 2028 season, $2 million for the 2029 season and $1 million for the 2030 and 2031 seasons.

It sounds like there are about $1.9M in bonuses tied to each season.
I'm sure there are other bonuses (Grad rate, etc..)
Does Kirby put skin into the game for NIL? Is he permitted to donate to the collective?

I “get” what he gets per yr. SEC Championship, NC, etc, my question was more of anything over those typical bonuses. Possible 3rd undefeated season, possible 3 peat, bigger bonus.

He's not allowed to directly donate into it. Heard him speak a few months back and he mentioned that.

Jimmy Sexton is the real winner.

I would think they would gas up the jet as much as he wants to use it if he's flying around crooting

Yeah, that's gotta be personal usage.

He wouldn't get anything that isn't listed out in his contract. UGAAA loves him, but they're not paying him more than they wrote into the deal.
