I'll take a somewhat different view. I think Fromm absolutely rises. Yes it's a "hostile" environment, but I don't think it'll be any scarier for him than Sanford was for his first game, and I know Sanford is louder. Sony and Chubb rise up to help their new QB and the defense comes out looking like the Sugar Bowl against Hawaii. 38-13 Dawgs on top.

These guys scare me. They've got a big line with future NFLer's that can block. They have a QB that will take off if we cover their receivers...who are big too.

I think it's a slugfest that we win by a field goal. UGA 27 ND 24

31-24... Fromm drives UGA down the field with 1:45 remaining... hits Nauta for the go ahead score with 3 seconds remaining. Dawg nation goes nuts. Fromm engraved as a UGA legend only 2 games into his lustrous career.

Not saying in any way I want this to happen, but Wimbush apparently has never heard of sliding/running out of bounds. Just saying some of our boys might be going head hunting early on.

As long as we keep them in 3rd and longs I'll take our odds with a running QB. We have team speed on defense and I have a slight trust in those headasses to cut him off before the markers.

If the defense can never get off the field though we're fricked.

Georgia 27, Notre Dame 13

Jake Fromm makes some good plays, but also looks like a true freshman at times and takes some bad sacks and throws a bad interception. Chubb and Michel run all over Notre Dame. Defense plays well.

38-17 Dawgs on top.

Chubb and michel both break the century mark each accounting for one TD.

Fromm shows what he is made of completing 63% of his passes for 225 yards, 3 TD's, 1 int.

I really, really hope we win, but if I were looking at this for any other team taking a True Freshman on the road in an environment similar to ND, making his first start, in a game that would be a toss up regardless, I think I'd have to take the home team.

I hope I'm wrong, but I'll go ND 27-UGA 24

I can't seem to shake how bad Notre Dame has been since 2012. This should be a decent game, but if our coaches have really game planned, this shouldn't be a hard game to call. We have 4-5 backs itching to run the ball. We have a capable QB, albeit a freshman, who can throw a forward pass to the correct jersey, and a line that can at least get a helmet on a subpar defense. We should win this game easier than the North Carolina game last year. Hell, even the Finebaum staff predicted it to be a 20 point UGA win today.

I think it will be a close score...something like 24-23. I have no idea who wins.

Lets just hope CJC doesnt keep it too conservative. The outcome of this game will depend largely on the plays he allows our offense to make. If he goes straight vanilla, we will struggle. If he allows them to take some risks and make big plays we run away with the game. Fromm has a number of big play type recievers and with Chubb and Co. In the backfield this game is ours to win or lose
