Got into the wife's sweet tea vodka tonight....that with a little water is pretty damn good.
Made some rub and got a rack of ribs ready to smoke tomorrow on my POS offset smoker. Gonna give it one more chance. Also, made some salsa....now watching Walking Dead reruns tying to go over my SHTF plan.

I'm pissed I missed it when Rick blasted those two guys in the bar. Best scene in the whole season IMO. Makes me want to go out and buy a Colt Python.

Had a 4 day weekend, been sick since Thursday eve. Worked thru it Thursday but it killed me.Friday & Saturday. I did manage to man the smoker for 7 hours yesterday. Finally feel better today and am.enjoy brisket ribs and wine
