This is very bad news. I really hate to see such talent leave us due to utter stupidity.

He's not necessarily leaving for sure, I was just passing along a rumor from elsewhere on the internet.

Glad to hear Beard ain't going nowhere. He may not start, but you hate to lose any experienced warm body on the OL.

This kid has had issues since he has been here. I hate it for him, but if you can't stay out of trouble, then you become just that...trouble. While playing football is great and being a star unavoidable, you have to keep your head on straight. I have no doubts that the drugs and academic problems JHC probably won't go away. We all know Richt cuts ties with kids like these so honestly, it doesn't surprise me.

He has only one year left before he can declare for the NFL. Im hoping the new coaching staff can do some work on him.

I hope he leaves. Honestly, he wasnt playing that great anyways and I'd rather have a guy in there that you know is going to play (not be suspended for pot). Good Bye JHC.

So your saying you would rather have Mauger playing????
I know sure as hell I wouldn't.

Didnt say that. I would rather have whoever Pruitt feels is best back there that is reliable. At least when Mauger was out there, he was always on his assignment. Granted, he was slow and would get beat, but he always knew what he was doing. He was never the one with his hands in the air when the ball was snapped like the other 9 DBs that did that every game.

oh yea, and frick Grantham. This is his fault.

NO, No he wasn't. Did you not watch the 99 yard bomb vs Nebraska. That was his assignment.

saying it, doesn't make it true

He was the one DB on the field that had no buisness being on it.

He's staying, according to Woodrow Clemons (his grandfather)

Great news. Let's get this dude rehabilitated and back on the field where he belongs.

JHC has also been telling teammates that he's staying

JHC was solid vs the run and sometimes spectacular
...he was clueless vs the pass but he could sometimes out run his mistakes vs the pass...he has a HUGE upside and he's not a guy the program can give up on...he's just has some growing up to do.
