This is how you manage a roster baby! It's time to get it done.

Seth should teach 8th grade drama class on the side.

Arik Gilbert just screams locker room issues and NCAA problems.

Gilbert and Kendrick are Dawgs. One is already confirmed on campus and another one will be moving in today!

Gilbert is an unreal talent and is worth the risk - you don't pass up on a player like that. With Pickens out, we need him to fill that void. If Pickens wasn't hurt I doubt we would be pursuing

Kendrick's history doesn't exactly inspire confidence either. Both of them may be "problem children" unless they mature dramatically.

Might as well take the risk for the high ceiling that these players have. But it IS a risk. And don't want to wind up with a reputation like Auburn (taking those who had issues elsewhere).

We've got a long way to go before we end up anywhere near Auburn in that regard.

Because he struggled with online classes?

Despite the shite our staff gets around the SEC, I think they have done a good job keeping our players in check(other than the occasional misdemeanor). Hell, Isiah Wilson had no problems when he was on campus.

Hopefully, both these guys can come to the understanding that UGA might be their "Last Chance U". I'm sure the coaches will be drilling this into their head

Even if we're recruiting him just to keep him out of the hands of Mullen or LSU or Auburn et al... I'm fine with it. If he succeeds, even better.

These 'problem' children have to realize, and maybe they do, that as they get closer to draft-eligible time it is all about increasing their worth to an NFL team. They need to invest their time and effort in making themselves more valuable. The money in the NFL is too good to take it lightly, if playing in the NFL is a priority for them.
