I agree with you. However, it could also be interpreted that Ramsey and Lambert are going head to head for the number two spot, because the number one spot is decided.
I don't think that is the case, but you could interpret it either way.

Sometimes it almost seems silly that we are even debating this. The reality is Ramsey was the back-up last year for a reason. The only change this year was Grayson Lambert coming in. It can't get any clearer at this point that nothing has changed other than Bauta got bumped back to third with Lambert coming in.
This whole situation sounds like Richts way of cramming the playbook down Ramsey's throat.
