Is Grantham coaching the OM defense? Lots of 3rd and Granthams given up.

I feel better after watching that game. Ole Miss is extremely one dimensional on offense, with virtually zero running game to speak of. If you put pressure on Kelly he is going to make some mistakes. Stopping him will be the key to the game I think.

If the guys on the edge can sufficiently pressure Kelly, then I'm willing to bet that that's when guys like Dominick Sanders and Mo Smith shift into full-on ball hawk mode.

The Ole Miss defense played well in the first half but were gassed in the 2nd half due to having to stay on the field too long. The Rebel offense turned the ball over 4 times and FSU had no TO's. The Seminole offense controlled the ball for 16 more minutes. Ole Miss managed just 67 total rushing yards. They live or die via the pass and last night they died with Kelly throwing 3 INT's and they lost one fumble.

T.O.P: FSU 42:38, Ole Miss 17:22. Run the ball, stick with it, and let the Ole Miss offense wear the Ole Miss defense out.

No doubt that Chaney paid attention to the importance of wearing them down on the ground. Sony and Holyfield will be in the mix by then. Fighting Admiral Ackbars fuuuuuucked.

My main concern is our front 7. If we don't get enough pressure on Kelly, it could be a long day for our dawgs. Also, the Ole Miss defense completely shut down FSU's running game in the first half. If they are able to do that against our ground game, then it will be tough sledding. Our receivers could not get open most of the time vs N.C. and I'm not sure it will be any different @ Ole Miss.
