RE License is inactive. I am now a GA State Registered Appraiser. It is hard trying to get your foot in the door here though. So I am working as head of Security in the Industrial Park here. Just biding my time until that door opens. Once I get going as an Appraiser I will then as activate my RE License. Congrats for doing what it takes to get into UGA and initially graduate.

Thanks rattle. 
Good luck with the appraising. My dad has some buddies in that business and they seem to do pretty well for themselves. Once you get that job, I expect you start posting more regularly though.

Yeah. I would post more. I have a heck of a lot more flexibility as an Appraiser. Take care.
