"They give polices all types of weapons and they continuously choose to kill us."

Hey, this guy didn't graduate, did he?

I mean, there is no way he wrote that. For that matter, I can't help but wonder if he can even read it...

“Last week was an emotional and difficult week as we saw extreme acts of violence against black men across our country as well as against police officers in Dallas. I posted an image to Instagram in the midst of that emotion that I shouldn’t have and immediately removed it. It was an extremely poor decision and I apologize for that mistake and for offending people. My values and beliefs do not match that image,” Crowell said in a statement.

I be sorry

I wouldn't want that POS on my team. He cannot stay the right path. Never will.

I just read this and it deeply disturbed me. Somebody really needs to sit that guy down and tell him how things really are.It seems to me he does just enough to get by in everything he does. Dayum shame

Seems obvious that NFL teams monitor their players Social Media Accounts for things that would reflect badly on the team and league, which is smart. What is not so smart, is when they come out with eloquently worded apologies for the players when the players are speaking some type of crude slang/language. It makes the whole apology come off as obviously fake, manufactured, and insincere. It makes the leagues and teams look bad to me.

Ironically, I recall how many on the Rant were praising how Crowell had "matured" since his departure from UGA and working himself into a serviceable NFL running back. And then he goes and does something like this. All that work down the crapper, and for what?

And I agree on the apology. Definitely the PR department there. Sadly, even with them writing it, there are at least a couple of things in there that could have been improved upon. I mean, if you're gonna write it up like Jeeves would say it, go all the damn way.
