Make a DR segment every morning and just read off some of the threads.

Good luck, RD! Out of curiosity, do you have any on-air experience?

On a side note, I had a second interview with CNN last week and that was the highlight of my interview career. Unfortunately, I think they have an "insider" for the job, but it was cool as shite just getting to that point and seeing the CNN Center from the inside out.

No, this would be my first on air gig. I worked in entertainment/music for 15 years part time. Generally I'm a witty point man. I submitted a demo of me and a friend (he's hilarious) and a potential "Peachstate Hour" where we had callers and talked about the Dawgs, Falcons, and HS football for about 2 hours. We both got interviews. I'm just stoked about the interview, even if I don't get hired. Anybody have a keen idea on what kind of questions they'll ask, other than recruiting, uga, and Falcons questions?

I've got a buddy who is in sales at 680.

I can ask him if he has any ideas.

Are you the type of guy who does better when you over-prepare? or more of the charles barkley type?

Good luck! I know Mitch Shapiro (Evans) pretty well...good guy. Used to MNF fb pools with 'em. Pretty tough field to break in to. Had some buddies who basically bought air time on 1100 and 1010 a couple of times a week and had their own sports talk show.

Eventually they had to move on. Too much time and money after they lost one of their main sponsors..

Both I guess. It all depends on what I'm talking about or what I need to prepare for.
