The fact of the matter is that our OOC record still haunts us. We played horribly to start the season, and those games still count. We're playing pretty good ball and if the NCAA only looked at January to the present, we'd probably be in.


Still, coming into conference play at 6-6 I don't think many people expected a .500 season. What this team has done is impressive to those who follow it. Not a single 4 or 5 star player on the squad and we finish with the same record as a team that is nothing but 5 star players (UK). Hope this leads to some dividends on the recruiting trail.
