When we can say that about Kirby, we'll fire his arse too.
But this time...let's raise the bar a little. Kirby has 3 to 4 years to win SEC championship; 6 to 7 to win a national title. Get Georgia to be consistently relevant by 2018.
That should be the standard.

He won the East just 3 years before he was fired. I'd say that's pretty significant since you can't win the Conference if you don't win your division.
That being said, y'all need to give Kirby some time. Saban lost to ULM in his first year. To think the outcome would be any different under Richt is absurd.
