#5 is the only one that affects the HGMF. If it's PSU, then Dawgcountry pretty much clinches barring supreme weirdness with UGA 's bowl

They've impressed but I just dont' see how you leave washington out. They are also a conference winner but only have 1 loss. In a tight one like this I think you've gotta reward the better record. Not to mention one of PSU's losses was really, really bad.
