I’d say there was about 10 of us last year that constantly watched/talked about basketball. Pretty sure the thread was over 20 pages. I’m sure we have a few lurkers too….
I’ll bet $20 with this years team potential, a few of the football only guys will be in the main thread

yeah it's only natural, not just specific to uga or basketball, that winning begets interest. I have to think that some of the casuals may notice us playing well at some point and pay a little extra attention. Maybe someone will catch the bug after that ha.

Yea, same thing for baseball as the postseason gets close. You can go back to the baseball and basketball threads the last couple years and see who follows UGA sports and whose just into our Football team

Speaking of non-football teams, UGA Soccer win their first SEC East Title this year and they just had a comeback win to advance to the semifinals of the SEC tournament.

It seems that the interest in basketball is inversely proportional to the number of sidewalk alumni there are. Kinda embarrassing honestly.
