Does Charles miss every FT short? Can we convince him to put some legs into his shot?

It's not a resume killer. If we win 12-14 games in the conference this year then we'll be in the tournament. It's doable. We're missing our only real post presence right now and arguably our best overall player. We've also gone cold from 3. It was bound to happen, and it sucks that it happened now. However, we're still in good shape to get an invitation if we play solid down the stretch.

This game has made me nauseous. We have more points on free throws than field goals

a 17 point loss to a team that had just 1 conference win out of 7 doesn't look good no matter the circumstances we faced today.
The Kentucky game is going to be unwatchable if Thornton and Parker are still out.

We were dead the moment it was announced MT was out. May not even watch the UK game, especially if he and Parker are still out.

I'll have to stay posted bc I'm with you on Tuesday. If Thornton is out, I won't even bother watching.

Good game, Bulldogs. Y'all were short-handed today which impacted the game for y'all, but we've been stuck in the muck of mediocrity for so long that we are desperate for ANY positive breaks our way, so we'll gladly take this just the same, and would appreciate any assists you guys can give us when we play y'all in Athens too. How long will Thornton and others be out of commission this season? Will it go past Feb. 17th?? That's when we play y'all again, LOL. Anyways, good game.

I'd still bet plenty of money we make the dance. Today sucked bad, no question, but look at where we stand. Our RPI is gonna be around 30 tomorrow and we're 5-3 in the SEC. I do think we lose both Kentucky games but those won't really hurt the rpi at all. So say we go 4-4 out of these other remaining games;
Auburn
@Auburn
@Ole Miss
@Bama
South Carolina
@A&M
Mizzou
Tennessee
We'd then be 9-9 in conference and have an RPI in the mid to high 40s. I view the 9-9 overall mark as a realistically worst case scenario (obviously we could lose them all) and we'd still be on the bubble with a solid chance to get in.
Today didn't ruin us by any means, but we do have to get Marcus back quickly.
