My thought process is that we can't hire anyone worth anything if we fire Schotty or Pruitt leaves. Who would be willing to come if they know Richt is on a short leash?

Keep fighting the good fight bro. This team is about to churn out a 10 win season. Sucks we lost our 3 hardest games probably but what're you gonna do with no QB and your best player has a broken leg.
