What's your charcoal of choice there? And how old was the child you let help make the burger patties?

Fogo premium lump

Picked up some Costco Wagyu sliders that were prepackaged. They were thick for their size so I pressed down by hand. Turned out awesome to make a dbl patty cheddar slider.

Those look like NY strip, not ribeyes.

You are correct. The ribeyes were Friday for the truck race.

Steaks came from Wilkes Meat Market.

“Alive” is relative I guess

Bbq dawg is alive. And deeprig9 is alive. But one of them seems more alive out there making feasts

I wonder what that standards are for calling it waygioo. I’ve only had it once and wasn’t blown away. Meaning, it probably wasn’t even really waygio

The label at Costco.

Trust me I'm not spending $200 for a 12oz strip of Wagyu. I like cuts like pichanha, tri tip, and Denver cut. Those cuts go a long way when plating.

New seasoning I tried on all of these tonight was the HardCore Carnivore Black. It was really good.

I grilled NY Strips this afternoon, and my famous asparagus. My wife was on onion-mushroom-redwine reduction duty. Didn't take pics. Might take some leftover pics later if feeling cute.

I’m reading between the lines probably a little here. But according to Tucker, you can buy a waygoo tomahawk ribeye for about $6 USD in Moscow .
