So looking forward to 2021 the Qb Battle should be Beck Mathis(if he stays)and Vandagriff?

Obviously, it's early...but 247 lists his recruiter as Coley - and we're relatively sure Coley is leaving. Does that mean anything?

If Mathis still isn't cleared by the time Summer camps start, however, I would expect us to find another QB either this year or to bring in with Vandagriff just for depth security next year.
But I would feel good going into 2021 with BV and Beck as our #1 and #2. But if Mathis is gone, then obviously we need one or even two more. We have a couple PWO's in Seter and Priestley, but no way do we want to reach that point because of only two unlucky injuries.

None... he is 100% committed baring some major event in the next 12 months like Kirby going to the NFL (no chance) or UGA cancels the football program

If that's the pecking order at that point, you can pretty much bet Beck is out the door. He'll have been here a year longer than BV and I doubt he's just going to spend his career as a backup willingly.

It's the nature of recruiting. There's not enough room to take one QB a year, let alone more than that, and all of them get playing time. Somebody ain't winning the job.

Not so sure about that. Beck's teams played against some serious talent in Jacksonville. Vandagriff's team played the north Georgia private school circuit. Even got whipped by Athens Academy and Wesleyan Academy.
I hope his number 1 ranking is real but has Vandagriff shown he's the real deal against top tier competition?

Have you seen Brock’s supporting cast? Slow as hell receivers. But your point is fair and Beck will of course have already been in our system for a year + by the time Brock arrives.
