I think Bobo does a great job game planning but his play calling will drive most of us dawg fans nuts at times.

He's an ace recruiter and QB coach...just too conservative at times.

my guess is bobo is like steve addazio and some shite hole like temple will hire him because they just dunno what they're doing. i mean, i doubt he actually goes anywhere, but if it were to happen i'd think it'd be like that

I was thinking more like Georgia Southern or State.

I think Bobo is a good coach. I like his system and agree with his play-calling 90% of the time. Some times he does get too predictable though.

Realize this: Gurley and Marshall like his system. That's one of the reasons why they came here.

It's a pro style offense, and NFL caliber athletes want to play for a pro style offense, not some spread option BS, like Tech and a lot of Big 12 teams run.

When did Tech start running the Spread Option?

It's called the Flexbone Option Smilo.

not to mention we run enough pistol, shot gun, and 4 wide sets to arguably be described more as of a multiple set offense that uses both spread and pro style elements.

we do both and we run the no huddle with times we also actually hurry up too. idiots claiming we run this mighty powerful NFl offense have been driving me nuts lately because that's only part of what we do.

hell, my guess is vs Bama you see Bobo try to emulate A&M as much as he can and you'll see hurry up, murray in the gun/pistol, and oh my dear jesus even spread looks

I didn't say it was fact. It's my opinion...but it is supported by fact.

How many NFL caliber players play for Georgia? Alabama? LSU?

How many NFL caliber players play for Georgia Tech?

Nuff said.

NFL teams use the pistol, shot gun, and 4 wide sets all the time.

and teams like Washington, New England, and etc don't run a traditional pro style offense

my point was we don't run the offense people talk about most the time. i'd venture a guess to say we are under center only 50% or so

That is not Bobo..that is the work of his Boss..

Bobo works within the philosophy and restraints Richt places on him..he has never had free reign to run the offense as he wants

Not sure if folks know this, but Kennesaw State is starting a football program in 2013 or 14.
