Couldn't you say the same thing about Alabama, and Oregon, and Stanford? Their talent is why they win? That's why all teams win, isn't it? they have talent?

Does Kentucky lose because of their coaching, or because they can't attract talent?

Not to mention, S GA is not our bread and butter. He brings in top tear QB's and WR's. Not the strength of who we are, hard nose up front on both sides of the ball, he is a developee, not a developer.

Whoaa... I'm with ya on the QB's but this side of AJ our receivers have been pedestrian at best. You see anybody we currently have that project into a #1 in NFL? That's what i would consider a top tear WR.

I think he emans good receivers. And, of late we have had pretty good WR and TEs. Massaquoi, Green, Marlon Brown, Kris Durham and Tavares King are all on NFL rosters. As are Damarcus Dobbs and Ben Watson at TE. (Crap. Who the heck is Damarcus Dobbs? I don't even remember him)

Huh?Name another SEC that'll have a better WR corp
next year?

Mitchell,Connely,Wesley,Bennett,Rumph and Terry
Not sure if any will be a number 1 but all are talented
and the first four is the best returning group in the SEC
and the last 2 were highly recruited 4 star signees.

FIFY

There's a reason that no one every pilfers Georgia coaches. I think outside of Stacy Searels who was fleeing from the sinking ship and Rodney Garner cause he's a douche no one has really been taken. I mean, UAB was dumb enough to take that glorified hat rack Neil Callaway but the only coach worth a damn who was hired from Georgia was BVG and he ended up eroding into nothing. No one else really screams HIRE ME unless you want a Georgia good ol' boy to come in

We need Rumph and Rome to step up next year. We could put a solid receiving group with speed and height out there with those guys.

With the FBs returning and this class having the opportunity to add depth at RB, we should be as good if not better IFFFFF we can put a solid two deep together on the O-line.

You miss the point bud. We have to recruit from the inside, out. This is where we fail in recruiting. We need to take care of the top guys in the trenches before we go after skill guys. There's way more depth at skill positions than on the OL/DL. This is how you win MNC's. If we would go after the top OL players first, we can find skill players that are just as good as the top guys, at the bottom of the list. Look at our WR's this year. We have more guys than not, who were not top guys out of HS. OL is a different animal. You only have so many college ready O Linemen out there. We miss on almost all of these guys and try to get "project" Linemen. We have done much better on the Defensive side of the ball with recruiting and our D sucks. Bobo goes after skill guys, QB's and does well. But we need quality trench players first. The list of skill guys is endless, but the O-Line is not. You can only mold an O-Lineman so much, because they don't grow on trees. You have to get the guys that are straight up born that size. If not, you're stuck with mediocrity in the trenches and ZERO depth. This has to be fixed.

Mr. Gambini? That is a lucid, intelligent, well thought-out objection. Overruled.

Why can we see this, but the coaches can't? Tunsil, Young, Garcia and a jillion other massive OL prospects have slipped through our staff's hands in the past few years.

I will give you Mitchell and Wesley. They would be difference makers anywhere. Connely and Bennett are just a product of the system, bascially average. Rumph has shown nothing in game action and Terry is unknown.

As for the highly recruited 4 stars....we show every year this is an irrielevant arguement to make.
