But through it all, Washington never once thought about taking his talents elsewhere, even as other tight ends passed him by in terms of production.

“Not really,” Washington said this week when asked if he ever thought about transferring. “I kind of don’t think about that. I just think about coming here.”

He deleted everything UGA related on his instagram page not long after the season ended.

It was more common sense, he's a 5 star being outshined by a freshman at the same position, in this day and age of free agency it is a miracle he's still here and we are lucky as hell to have him.

He is a serious weapon. Can't really defend him when he's healthy.

Do what?

I'm the one who said he was staying about 2 months ago and blistered the idiots who said he was leaving

You were probably one of em

Here ya go posted in January

Per K9

quote:

multiple people on separate sites...beat writers with connections and the other board guy (who has to be somewhat connected) has said it was/is a possibility.

I think the rumor has some merit to it,

And there was zero reasons to believe the rumor had "merit" to it and you were right in the middle of it

Having him and Bowers on the field together is a defensive nightmare. They present such physical matchup nightmares for defenses.

If we can get good production again out of Mitchell, McConkey and the outside guys, those two TE’s will absolutely feast on one-on-one’s with LB’s and safeties.

This has to be among the oddest and queerest responses to self ownage that I've seen in a while. Bravo.

I personally would target him more on 1st and 3rd down.

He is a great playaction threat because defenders dont want his hands on them blocking (1st down).

And i would either call more 50/50 throws his way on 3rd down (stetson really wasnt good on third down) or route him as a safety valve at the sticks right in front of stetson's face (bama gave bryce young easy targets on 3rd down when he got in trouble. Just being aware of where your "Oh shite" guy is can move the sticks when the defense has us beat on the snap.)

He should easily be a 1st or 2nd rounder when he enters the draft. I hope he has a great year this upcoming season.

K9 got served. I always liked both K9 and RD Dawg. I don't like seeing my friends fight. But K9 did get served. Scattered covered and smothered.
