Edwards was part of a class that had started to turn things around. Unfortunately they all got kicked off the team or transferred within their second year because they hated Crean.
We had the #15 class last year, hopefully top ten this year.
It takes more than one guy to turn a program around.
If we close on Rooths and hang on to our guys, we will be a very good team in two years.

there's a laundry list of reasons why our program hasn't taken off. One of which is shite fans like the above.

I’ve been saying this for years.
If basketball isn’t your thing….fine.
But the ”fans” who claim to support our university and then say stuff like “we should discontinue our basketball program” or say football should take up all the athletics money can frick right off and find a new school to root for IMO.

Good question and one I haevn't really seen mentioned anywhere.
I'd be curious to look at the last 5 recruiting classes Top 10 recruits and see how long each of them stayed in college. NInjadawg that seems like something right up your alley do you know?

Apparently we are now the favorites to land Reid, but Bama is meeting with him today to sway him back and offer more money.

I wholeheartedly believe the distance in the 3pt line between high school and college is a huge reason why freshmen struggle so much. There's a reason these teams full of one-and-done types don't win in March; it's because they can't shoot. I believe this is the same reason why rookies struggle so much in the NBA.
High school: 19' 9"
College: 22' 1.75"
NBA: 23' 9"
