A 49 point loss followed by a 32 point loss. That really does take the wind out of our sails. All I can honestly do is sigh

Look on the bright side, that's a 17 point improvement.

At least none of our players were involved in a murder of anything other than our defense

I wish the season would wrap up…nothing good is happening down the stretch. Just our a** getting turned inside out over and over.

Really sour ending to the season tbh. If they can somehow beat UF… maybe it gives a little hope for next year. Not sold our program is heading in the right direction as of now. I feel like we got back to Fox level but still poor. We’ll see if he can hit the portal and bring in some recruits.

We could beat UF at home and USC on the road to head into the SECt. 2 wins there and we are a bubble NIT team. Not great, but with a couple 50-100 players coming in, everything helps for the future

Man I don't know how anyone could actually think this. If you don't think we're heading in the right directdion, it means we're heading int eh wrong direction. Last year we won SIX total games, and a single one in the SEC. Almsot the whole team left and the coach was fired. This year in year ONE under a new coach we brought in more talent that we had last year and have won nearly triple the amoutn of games overall, and 6x as many in conference. Are we where we want to be? Hell no, of course not. We've got a loooong way to go. But to say we aren't going the right way is just lunacy. I mean what would your expectations of "heading int eh right direction" be after crean's firing? Making the tourney? Finishing in the top quarter of the league? None of that is realistic at all.

Now you're just being insane. Mark Fox was the stricklin of absketball. He was awful and was here years too long. The one thing that I constnatly bring up in a teeny, tiny, ever so slight defense of crean is that no other basketball coach in UGA history had to deal with the fricking portal like he did, and he did not do that well. If the portal existed under Fox we'd have been much, mjuch worse. Oh but wait! Fox isn't dead, he's actually still coaching! Well that makes it a bit interesting now, let's actually check in on what Fox is up to currently since he now has to deal wiht the portal too.

2 years ago: 9-20 (3-17)
last year: 12-20 (5-15)
currently: 3-26 (2-16)

Ouch. But nah forget all that, we're no better under White than we'd be under Fox apparently..

I would probably also add that during Mark Fox era, the SEC wasnt near as dominate as it is today, meaning he had an easier path to be towards the top of the league

Just a horrible game at home for the Dawgs. On a lot of different levels. Gators didn't play very well, we just played that much worse.

I'm not sure he's lost them. They play hard, they just don't play well.

We need better players and Mike White was hired to recruit better players.
Hopefully once White gets his players, he can coach them into a NCAA tournament level unit.

God I hope so. This team is so very hard to watch. For the last game of the regular season they just look awful. Hopefully Roberts will be gone next year...turnovers, off balance 3 when down by 2. Who needs it?

Gross ending. Any momentum White built died 2nd half of the season. Not sure where we go from here as there is no direct fix to this shite hole program.

Can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.
It will be interesting to see if White can recruit at a high enough level to make his team competitive.
Georgia is obviously a tough sell with little or no basketball tradition and an ancient venue that is currently closed for repairs.
