In a way, the IPF recruiting pitch now is even better than if we already had one. Not only will the current recruits get to play in an IPF, but they'll get to play in a shiny new $30m state-of-the-art IPF, not one of the old ones other schools have

I could see Marshall. I seriously doubt it on Lamar unless it's as a OLB or DL. He doesn't fit what UGA has been looking for at ILB at all.

Folsom used to live in ATL and went to Marist. Dad went to UGA and mom went to Auburn.

UGA offers 4* DE Pat Bethel out of Vero Beach, Fl. Miami appears to be the early favorite.

So are we probably going to get Charlie Woerner? Haven't heard many people mention his name. But damn that dude is a baller. 6-5 white reciever

My best guess would be yes. I know his uncle played at UGA and he grew up in a Georgia household. One of the Recruiting guys (Mansell?) compared him to Gronk. I think Alabama is our biggest threat.

From what I've heard Mr. Eason and Mr. Cleveland are both working to bring the young man to Athens. I'm not certain by any means he'll end up here, but I like having those two guys in his ear.

Looks like class of 2017, 6-5 receiver from Alabama Nico Collins will be at Jr. day this weekend as well.

I don't think he was insinuiating Woerner would play TE. I could be wrong but the way I read his comment, he was alluding to Woerner being a matchup nightmare a la Gronk.
But since we're talking about it, can you imagine him at TE? With his size and speed, they can be very creative. He is so athletic for his size, most linebackers and safety's would have trouble covering him.
