Lol like Boulware who wore his UT sweatshirt to meet with Richt? Seemed like they would've gotten a better idea of how interested he actually is. He tweeted the photo out asking for captions with UT colors and emojis. Could've put that effort into someone who isn't drinking the Butch Kool-Aid. Oh and I love how those UT fans responded to his pic by saying Richt is an average coach and UGA sucks and such...since Butch is winning MNCs left and right

That is such douchebaggery. That is a character and parenting issue. My dad would've kicked my arse if I put on a UT sweatshirt when another coach was coming by. If that is how you feel don't accept the meeting. Like the Tunsil family going all-in with Ole Miss gear when CMR visited, low rent douchebags imo.

I didn't hear about all that. I'm probably in the minority, but when a player acts that way I don't feel bad about losing them to someone else.

Yeah they need to keep their names off the internet as well so the schools dont go all full court press on 'em when they see us talking to them. A la Rodney Harrison who loved his UGA visit and such and then Saban got ahold of him and he ditched his next visit to us. Now the Bama recruiting and position coach has gone to Auburn. Gotta keep the flip possibilities on the down-low. It's hard with a bunch of recruiting people out there now-a-days.

Doesn't the NSD quiet period start next Sunday night Feb. 1st at midnight?
Is this one different than the DEC. one? I.E. phone calls, texts etc? Or is no contact allowed the 72hrs prior to NSD?

I know you asked Crow but the NCAA calendar says Feb 2nd-Feb 5th is Dead Period which is "Dead Period — Coaches are not permitted to make in-person recruiting contacts or evaluations on or off-campus or to permit official or unofficial visits by recruits or to make phone calls to recruits."
Quiet period is Feb 1st, "Quiet Period — Recruits can visit with college coaches but only at those college campuses. Also, during the month of September, October or November coaches are permitted to make one in-person off-campus visit to a recruit (at their high schools or at an athletic event) (colleges are allowed a total of 42 days of evaluation time during this period)."

Speaking of flips, there's still a possibility that we could lose some. Godwin to Auburn, while apparently unlikely, would cause a major meltdown. Personally, I don't care anymore; if they go we'll get another talented recruit, but the internet has turned recruiting into a bitter competition among fans.
