We are having a large tailgate on the Parade Grounds... half LSU/half A&M... RSVP list is getting close to topping 4 digits.

Can I RSVP? I'll be with 3 Aggies and a teasip. We are going to be in New Orleans Friday night then driving in early.

2 different groups of friends of mine are having tailgates in their usual spots about a block away from each other northeast of the stadium, near the Indian Mounds (giant pair of random tits sticking out of the ground) off Dalrymple, on the east side of the mounds. It'll be a mix aTm/LSU crowd. I have quite a few college friends making the trip from Houston and Dallas, but both tailgates are hosted by my LSU friends and their usual tailgate crews. Should be a grand ol time, starting at 8am. Looks like we might need to have our panchos handy.

ETA: Ball Gravy, we'll be right by you guys. One of the tailgates will be in the parking lot right across Dalrymple from you.

Cool. I'm making the trip with some of my Ag buddies. I bought a single ticket on Stubhub in case the group tickets fall through.

Trying to figure out where to set up the tailgate, so thanks for all the info. I've been to a LSU game with tiger friends in the past. The Indian Mounds area is a good area to see pre-game talent on campus.

The big trees around the mounds are great to setup canopies under for if it starts raining, which according to the NWS forecast as of today, it might at some point.

I think Ball Gravy's real name is Alan Bass.

This may help you find him.

Ask for Alan and if you can't find me in the crowd of 1000ish, ask for Cooney and have him get on the Mic to page me. Cooney is a poster on here... He's a LSU guy and his poster handle is Golfer

I've still got videos of my whole trip to the Sugar Bowl in '98. I've gotta find a way to get them on youtube. New Years on Bourbon was the craziest shite I've ever seen. I was 12 and saw so many boobies.

You sonofabitch that was my senior year! And I was too poor to go!

And now that I can afford to go I'm just lazy and don't have enough friends willing to do road trips anymore. Man, thanks for making me think about how much I suck.
