Tbird, what do you think are the chances the Spurs land Aldridge? I seen where Pop is sending in Duncan and Leonard to recruit him.

Oh no shite? I missed that news. Must be a pretty serious push we're making for LMA.
Honestly, I think Marc Gasol would be a better get for the SA system, but there's no way he leaves his hometown Grizz for a division rival, IMO. I think SA has a decent chance to land LMA, but I think we might have to give up a quality player or two to sweeten the pot on that deal.

Rox pretty much screwed if Dwight cannot play at a semi high level. That was where Houston had a huge mis match vs GS (paint).

I think I saw that Kawhi made an all-NBA team as well. Probably for defense.

Agreed, that was where I thought y'all would be able to do the most damage against the Dubs. Game 2 will be interesting for HOU. Gotta find another way to generate easy buckets.

Kawhi made 1st team all defense.

He is a Spaniard, but he went to high school (and maybe Jr high, iirc), in Memphis.

Tough loss, but buck up--y'all's team played like men to come back from down 17 on the road like that.

I was fine not calling TO and letting GS set their D. However Harden needs to create separation and shoot or hit T Jones running to the rim. I think he could have had a dunk for the win with about 3 sec left.

Honestly, with Harden in my backcourt, I would rather have called TO and let him go to work breaking down the defense. I understand he had numbers, but he's not the fastest guy coast to coast, and no way do I want him giving up the ball in that situation.
GSW's defense is great, but James has had his way with them for the most part so far.
ETA: Either way, though, as soon as he pulled up, McHale HAS to call that timeout there, IMO.

He tried to when he picked up his dribble.
He had #s. Harden on the break with Jones, Ariza, and Terry(?) trailing. Only the splash brother immediately in front.

Another day in the NBA playoffs another elmination game for Houston. Only 3 teams remain though so at least there is that.
