Arkansas - Opener for both. A&M has the tougher schedule up to that point. No advantage for either team.

Mississippi State - Mississippi State plays at Auburn the week prior. A&M plays Arkansas in Arlington. Advantage A&M because it's Mississippi State's third road game in five weeks.

Alabama - Alabama plays at Georgia, then plays Arkansas in consecutive weeks immediately before our game. A&M has a bye week. BIG advantage A&M.

Ole Miss - Ole Miss plays at Alabama and at Florida prior to playing us at home. They get New Mexico State and at a very underrated Memphis team right before us. A&M has a bye week, then plays Alabama the week prior. Push, but leaning Ole Miss.

South Carolina - South Carolina has a bye the week before playing us. Advantage South Carolina.

Auburn - Auburn plays Arkansas in Fayetteville the week prior to playing us. A&M plays South Carolina at home. Advantage A&M

LSU - LSU closes out the season with the murderers' row of at Alabama, vs. Arkansas, at Ole Miss, then against A&M. A&M plays Western Carolina and at Vanderbilt the two weeks prior to playing LSU. Slight advantage A&M but the game is in Baton Rouge likely on a Saturday night.

Looks like our schedule sets up nicely. One thing about the Arky game that is concerning to me (outside of their capabilities) is they get two warm-up games against teams that run similar systems to us.

I believe they will come in over confident and soft though because of that

We will be up 14 in the 1st quarter

Things definitely have the potential to break our way this season.

Gotta win the ASU and Arky games.

Those are the two I'm most nervous about.

Ditto. I think we'll come out like gangbusters for ASU, but I think they will be chomping at the bit to test our defense. It better be improved.

Arkansas I'm a little less worried about because this year they have expectations to live up to as well, but it'll be an ugly dogfight of a game, IMO.

Definitely a favorable schedule-compared to our opponents. Let's take care of business and see what happens.
