This is Finest and me, ca 1978, near Jacksboro, TX. One of us would go on to blow shite up for a living.

Awesome picture. Pretty much reminds me of my buddies and I when we go hunting. Lots and lots of guns.

I'm usually not one for putting my mug on the internet but I found this picture the other day from a photobucket account from like ten years ago that I thought was funny.

This photo is ten years old when I was still just a little girl humping my sweet arse jeep.

What's worse, posting a pic of yourself holding a bunch of guns, or posting a pic of yourself seemingly desiring to make love to your jeep?
This is a serious question.

Hey I see a jeep in your picture too...don't pretend you didn't have your way with her either.

I love rabbit almost as much as I love to eat tree rats.

Neither I nor SafetySam lusted after that Jeep, as that would have got us killed. It was owned by DP, another F-1 '79 guy who is unfortunately no longer with us. Hometown buddy. In high school he'd call me in the middle of the night after a hard rain and after adding leaf springs or doing some other Jeep-lover's wet-dream mod and say, "Let's go get stuck". And since he had mind-control powers over me I'd go. And we'd intentionally get stuck. And I mean legitimately stuck, like high-centered and mud coming in the doors. But he never, ever used his winch - he always eventually drove out of whatever bog had sucked us in. SafetySam and I miss the sumbitch badly.

Wouldn't know. We always considered squirrels to fit your description and be barely edible, and besides that they were awfully small in Texas. Cottontails, on the other hand... they were delicious.

I can't identify all the firearms there but will try. SafetySam may chime in and correct me. From L-R, Nylon 66 .22, Remington 20 gauge pump that's still with me, (maybe) DP's Clint Eastwood .44, M-1 carbine, S&W .357. Strangely missing my M-1 Garand. Of all those, the M-1 carbine was the funnest because of the firepower but of course a lot more expensive to shoot than #2 funnest, the .22.
