There really isn't a proven guy out there that isn't employed already but I hope we find someone who knows how to call plays in a decent sequence and with some flow.

I would like Chip Kelly, Kliff Kingsbury, or maybe even Bill O Brien. But since none of those are likely the candidates everyone is throwing out are Meacham (TCU), Mazzone (UCLA), & Franklin (Cal). Holgorsen (WVU) & Wilson (UI) would have been ideal if either got fired, but we don't have that kind of luck. Lincoln Riley (OU) would be awesome, but why would he leave OU? He just needs to one more big year and they'll be beating down his door for HC jobs.

Agree with you. It doesn't need to be a splash name, just a competent and experienced game manager would be an improvement.

Yes, we want someone else calling the plays. I believe the playcalling put the entire offense at a disadvantage. The overall scheme was flawed. I'd prefer someone who can ditch the shotgun on 3rd and 1. A bootleg run/ pass option to the TE NEEDS to be in the playbook.
