Dennis Polian has left the #Titans to run player personnel at Texas A&M. Polian's father, Bill, was GM w/#Colts and #Bills. #NFL
Nice to see us being a little more active in this area

Dennis Polian has resigned his job in the Titans’ front office to accept a player personnel position with Texas A&M, according to a team source. Polian had been the Titans’ assistant director of football administration/pro scout.
Polian’s brother, Chris Polian, the Jaguars’ director of player personnel, interviewed to be the Titans’ general manager before the organization hired Jon Robinson in January.
In May, the Titans hired longtime Panthers scout Ryan Cowden as the team’s director of player personnel.
Dennis and Chris are sons of Hall of Fame executive Bill Polian. Dennis Polian previously worked for the Colts, alongside his father (president) and brother (GM), until they were fired and he joined the Titans in 2012.

Also, Justin Moore got promoted from football-only position to senior associate athletic director. I'm guessing he gets a small time AD gig at some point

Finally we aren't competing with our hand behind our backs!

Why did this take so long to do? Everyone we compete against has had a player personnel guy, and then some, for a while now. I find it hard to believe that not doing this was a Kevin Sumlin thing. Had to be Hyman refusing to create/allow for the position.
