Yep, its called Blackwater Draw Brewery. Brewing 7 different kinds of beer. They will be a full on microbrew pub with a full menu. @BlackwaterBrew is their twatter account.

And I know John as well (Tap owner). He bought Daisy Duke's last year and the plan is up in the air, but yeah, I'd expect them to move there.
