Nope, must have been one of the site admins. WCA and I actually can't send PMs, contrary to popular belief
I wish we could--it'd make communication a lot easier on this site. TexAgs has that part down pat, IMO.

You're probably right on that point. Most folks' Rant posting style is way different from their posting on the other boards.

It's ok, I ain't mad. Still a relatively new process, but yeah, posters who want access to a particular board fill out a form that the board admins can see and then the admins decide how/if to add 'em.

I'll give Chicken and the site admins this: they call the troll game pretty tight on the Tiger Rant and LSU Recruiting Board (and I understand why they need to), but they're actually pretty good about allowing a fair bit of, shall we say, "bump and run coverage" on the Rant. Not as quick to hand out bans there unless you're really asking for it.

He didn't used to be so irascible.
He's one of a few of 'em who probably need to take a break for awhile.
It genuinely seems to be getting to him.

I've stayed away just because I've been too busy to come up with creative ideas. Plus the LSU fans have somehow convinced themselves that the DL coach will run the team, not the HC. It's quite the leap, even for them.
They're so high at the moment. I'll wait for the real melt about mid-season in 2015.

This is the part I find crazy! They were ready to jump off a cliff with Steele and now are ready to say their defenses will be better with a new position coach.
