Last time o sat in the student section about 5 years ago during the last Texas game. Bunch a little counts yelling "uncover!" The whole game. I made it a point to keep my cap on and give them the evil eye every time a new one said it. Had to confront one at halftime and ended that bullshite.

2010 Oklahoma game. I was going with a gal who I was trying to score points with, but the night before the game she came down with the flu and gave her ticket to one of our mutual friends who annoyed the hell out me 24/7

At least we won that game, though. Cyrus the Virus

2009 during halftime had some douchebag throw a bottle of water at the guy a couple of rows below me. Whizzed past my face and it pissed me off. Hit a guy who was sitting because he had a boot on his foot pissed me off some more. Kid screams "stand up" and I was done. He told me to turn around. I walked out into the stairway yelled some colorful language had him scared and sitting. He muttered something like it's 5 of us and one of you I said something like you 5 frat ****s are more than welcome to try. I'll introduce you to the elevator from the 3rd deck (pointed to the ledge of the wall.). People around us started laughing. He stood up like he was going to do something but his sorostitute pulled him down. Security showed up and the little bitch boys behaved from there.

quote:

2002 Tard

My wife's first A&M game ever.

Hot as frick.

Playing Tard. (winner for worst experience every time)

Dustin Long threw 7 TD passes in a fricking LOSS

Midget Welker returns a punt 89 yards for TD

Can't remember how we didn't get the extra point in OT to make it 48 instead of 47, but Tech won on an extra point kick 48-47.

THIS.

For added fun, this game had all kinds of fail all over it.

The season before we had lost to Tech in Lubbock and it was the game they threw the goal posts into our fans (my Dad was there with my Mom and in his late 60's and some Tech guy tried to start a fight with him). My Dad had been to virtually every game we have played in Lubbock since he was in school because he is from West Texas and vowed never to return. So this was the revenge game.

The game started at 1PM even though it was a September game because it didn't get picked up by TV. For those who bitch about our AD's now, Wally Groff thought it was just fine to play Non Televised games in September at 1PM instead of 6, so it was over 100 degrees for essentially the entire game. People were passing out everywhere and they ran out of water too. Brilliant.

This was RC's last year and he was doing a Sherman impression. We were up by 18 points and cruising in the 2nd Half and RC decided it would be a good time to go in to a Prevent D. Against freaking Mike Leach. So of course Tech essentially takes every possession and scores in under 2 minutes from that point on. As the game wears on all we had to do was hit our freaking XP to seal it and we had some walk on guy who missed it. Then it goes to OT and both teams score but we miss our XP AGAIN to lose 48-47.

So nearly 5 hours of the midday sun to watch the Ags lose a revenge game in a fashion that the Bengals are jealous of right now was so bad it completely changed my outlook on Aggie Football. My wife looked at me after the game in dread as she realized what a miserable person I was going to be to hang around. So I realized at that point I am just not going to let myself get that emotionally invested in what 18-22 year olds do on the football field and instead save my marriage.

That game always comes to mind for me whenever anyone talks about the glories of RC and how we shouldn't have fired him. That doesn't count the other inexcusable losses that year. No doubt Fran was a disaster but RC needed to go.

I know Kaiser, go ahead and insert your Cliff Notes on aggressor's rant.

I listened to that crazy-ace game on the radio. I think it sealed RC's fate.

2013 Auburn was the worst Kyle Field experience I've ever had. My brother came in from North Carolina where he was working at the time. For some reason we always lost when he came to visit. Probably because he only came for big games, and we don't win shite for big games at Kyle anymore.

What truly set this apart from other less than pleasant times at Kyle was the guy behind me. We got great seats in Row 39 of the 1st deck (you know, the shady ones that you can't really see the jumbo tron, but it's worth it because there's SHADE!). So the guy behind us won't shut up. Every ten seconds "GO JOHNNY" "GO MIKE EVANS" "OUR DEFENSE SUCKS" "WORST DEFENSE EVER" "GO JOHNNY". All my buddies, myself, and my brother keep yelling over him "GO AGGIES" "GO TEAM". This guy just won't quit. Eventually my bro turns around and says "Look man, we know we suck. We have a god aweful defense. Noone wants to hear that right now. Can you please just stop?". Dude is clearly drunk. Starts getting an attitude. He and I start getting into it. He starts tapping me on the shoulder, like we are gonna fight. I'm like 8 inches taller than him, but he probably doesn't realize because he is up a row. I just turn to him and say "Look man, touch me again and I'm gonna have you thrown out." I'm not about to get kicked out of Kyle for fighting this jackass. The dude then proceeds to go tell on me. He goes to the attendant and starts complaining about me, pointing at me. He comes back about 2 minutes later and apologizes. We shake hands and that was that. He was a lot quieter after that, but still pretty annoying. Worst part is, he was in my major. Probably a year ahead, since we never had any classes. I did see him in the computer lab a lot, but I don't think he recognized me.

getting our arse kicked by ole piss in front of the largest crowd at Kyle ever.... That was a brutal game, and it was deceptively cold if you failed to wear warm clothes.
