quote:

"It's something that's known but it's nothing that we sit here and discuss," the sophomore said of being underdogs in a video posted by Brent Zwerneman of the Houston Chronicle. "We all see it. We're all aware of it. It adds fuel to your fire. It adds a chip on your shoulder and it gives you more of a reason to go out there and play harder.

"We're sitting here 6-0 and we're ranked sixth in the country and nobody's giving us respect. We know that. We know people are waiting for us to hit that downfall but...that's what's still kind of burning our fire. We know what people think about is but we're still going to go out there week to week and prove people wrong."

I hope you've enjoyed this breakfast kool-aid. Start chugging Aggs.

I'm sure he toned it down for the media.

Some Bama fans claim the entire 2nd string would start in the ACC. A few thinking Bama could beat an NFL team or 2.

Same shite was being said in 2012. Bama ripe...

We have nothing to lose, and the media has provided a mountain of bulletin board material.

Our guys are gonna come out like gangbusters.

Sumlin video on ESPN. He says they are hearing the talk and no one giving us a chance.

They taking notes and I can only imagine what is being said behind closed doors. Ags have maximum motivation. He's playing it just right.

Top-6 meetings last 30 yrs w/ line >2 TD:
'01 FLA v Ten L 34-32
96 Neb v CU W 17-12
94 Fla v Aub L 36-33
94 FSU v Neb W 18-16

You can't completely write off and disrespect a top 10 team like this without some backlash. We may not win, and bama may even cover late but I expect us to crack some skulls along the way.

Justin Evans stays pissed, Claude George and RSJ have been talking about the disrespect on twitter all week. Those are 3 physical dudes who don't need a whole lot of extra mean streak.

They should stay off twitter imo. Be the bigger person. Show them how you are classy as frick, then beat the hell outta alabama.

Wow, that's telling.

People keep talking how "disrespectful" it is. Maybe the issue is people just thinking Bama is THAT good.

It's a sexy narrative for the media

Bama's got a great team but Tennessee was the walking dead

It really is a great line though. Bama betters think its an easy bet after embarrassing a team we played close. Aggie betters think its a steal thinking it will be a close game. either way.

I'd say we have A LOT to lose, given a loss essentially eliminates is from winning the West and the SEC (Bama would have to lose twice). If we win, basically all we need to do is beat one of LSU and OM and we're going to Atlanta.

Now we could still make the playoff at 11-1

I say we have nothing to lose because everyone has already counted us out this game. If we lose it will be business as usual.
