The point of the question was to hear why people are more worried about UT than OM.

Like Old Sarge said, I don't think anybody is. I'll take it a step further and say I'm more worried about Ole Miss than Bama, as crazy as that sounds.

Yesterday it seemed like everyone was posting about how intimidated they are by UT. Maybe I misread the vibe of the Ark.

Probably misread, unless you read all of Kaiser's posts. That is one unhappy young feller unless it is mostly an act. UT has one good half in 4 games against bad competition. They may turn out to be really good in the same way that Arky has lit it up late in the year the past two years. But I'm skeptical.

It's because ole miss is the most likely to try to turn it into a shootout and that would be the hardest thing for us to keep up with.

But Arkansas tried to turn it into a shootout and it didn't work out. Not sure how ole miss secondary compares or ole Miss's oline. If we can pressure Kelly like Allen I like our odds.

Any of you remember when I said this and got blasted...

quote:

I see shades of 2012 with this team. We will have a QB who isn't afraid to run (Johnny really didn't want to run in 2013), competent to great running backs, and I think they will be able to take the top off of defenses with 4/5 WR sets should they utilize them regularly. ...

If we can stay healthy, I can't them losing to anybody, but Bama and possibly LSU.

*Found this on Goodbullhunting article LINK

Manziel averaged 7 yards per carry as a freshman and through four games and ran for 366 yards to Knight’s 308 with six touchdowns to Knight’s five.

I remember you, myself and Pat all taking shite for suggesting we might not sick this year if knight was decent.

But we were called sunshine pumpers for it

Dude 2012 Offense and 2010 Defense. It's like our golden years of this decade are coming together. Aggy is going places.

Our Offense wouldn't let up on Saturday. It was great to see.

I like how our schedule lines up against our next 2 big time opponents.

A&M plays USC before UT, while they play UGA.
--------------------------------------------
A&M has USC, UT, and a bye week before Bama.

Bama has no bye week, but must play UK, at Arky, and at UT before A&M. That is 3 SEC teams and 2 short weeks back-to-back before playing at home against the good guys.

That is something I was quite pleased to see. We kind of went into an offensive shell while leading the UCLA and Auburn games. Didn't hesitate to go for the kill against Arkansas.

Yeah it was a shame our first possession was over before it started, but the Aggs pulled back and kept pounding. I'm watching the reply now. Recorded it this morning.

Whenever that would happen to me in NCAA, mentally I'd just pretend that the opponents' first drive never ended
